Yes, I send it via international delivery in accordance with our delivery and return terms.
I accept no comissions or custom orders in order for me to create personal collections for the public enjoy.
All unworn, unused merchandise accompanied by the original purchase receipt can be returned for a refund within 14 days of delivery, however, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Import taxes, customs duties, and VAT are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned to us in original condition.
Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item(s). Once our team has approved the returned stock, your refund will be credited directly back to the original form of payment used. Your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days from when your return is received, most likely sooner.
If the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) we will bear responsibility for the return shipping costs.
Anastasia Artyushina reserves the right to reject returns beyond the return period limit, or items which are not in the original condition in which they were received. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Anastasia Artyushina.

Every precaution is taken to prevent this from happening and paintings are always packaged in accorance with the shipping provider's guidlines. However, in the instance that this does happen, please email Art.artyushina@outlook.com with proof (pictures) of the damage so steps can be taken to resolve this problem via a refund or replacement within 14 days of recieving your piece, thank you.
Unless stated otherwise, shop updates happen on Saturdays at either 12pm GMT, with the exact time being released in an instagram story a few days before. A reminder can be set by clicking the countdown in the story.
Each artwork is uniquely made, certified and sold. No artworks or collections are ever reproduced in original form. Originals paintings are sold through my website on announced release dates only. Feel free to join my newsletter to be the first to find out about future drops.
