DELIVERY AND RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1/3 Shipping and Delivery

Important Information for International Customers
Once we receive your order request, we will confirm by email whether delivery to your country is available. If delivery is possible, we will also provide an estimated delivery timeframe and details of the shipping service, including price of shipping cost.

Delivery is usually completed within 35 working days.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, including VAT, upon arrival in the destination country. Unless otherwise stated, these charges are your responsibility and are not covered by Anastasia Artyushina.

If your parcel is returned to the sender because you have not responded to requests from customs regarding import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping. If the order is returned, we will issue a refund; however, the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2/3 General Information

You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number so that you can check its delivery status. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address and contact details are accurate and up to date. To change your delivery address after placing an order, use the link in your order confirmation email or contact us at Art.artyushina@outlook.com, quoting your name and order number.

Once your order has been dispatched, the delivery address cannot be changed. If the parcel is returned to the sender, you will be charged the applicable standard shipping rate to have it sent again.

3/3 Estimated Delivery Times

Within Russia: an average of 3–6 working days from dispatch.
International delivery: 8-25 working days from dispatch.
If your order has not arrived within 35 working days of your shipping notification, please contact us at Art.artyushina@outlook.com and we will investigate.
